Everything ships from Adelaide, South Australia.
Shipping is free
We cover shipping on every piece. No minimum, no surcharge for distance.
Parcels are sent with signature on delivery, and tracked where the service to your destination allows it.
Made to order
Pieces are made after you order and cut to the size you select. Nothing is pulled off a shelf.
We dispatch within 5 business days.
You will receive:
- An order confirmation when you pay, restating the size we are cutting to
- A dispatch email when your piece leaves, with tracking if your parcel has it
Check the size on your order confirmation. If it is wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we will correct it, or cancel and refund. After that the strap has been cut.
If you have not had a dispatch email within 5 business days, message us through the contact form with your order number.
Transit times
Once a parcel is with the carrier, timing is outside our control. As a rough guide:
| Destination | Estimated transit |
|---|---|
| Australia | 3–7 business days |
| New Zealand | 5–10 business days |
| Asia Pacific | 7–14 business days |
| North America | 10–18 business days |
| Europe / UK | 10–21 business days |
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection can add time.
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. If yours is not there, ask through the contact form.
International duties and taxes
United States. Prices for delivery to the United States are in US dollars and include US import duty. We prepay the duty through Australia Post, so nothing more is charged on delivery. An order to the United States must be under US$2,450, which keeps it inside the limit for prepaying US import duty. If a US parcel is refused or not collected, the duty paid on it is not refunded by US Customs, and we cannot refund that part of the price.
Outside Australia and the United States, you are the importer. Shipping is still free, but import charges are not included. Customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT and clearance fees charged by your own country are your responsibility. Your local customs authority sets them, not us, and we cannot calculate them in advance.
If you refuse a parcel or abandon it at customs, we cannot refund the cost of getting it to you.
We declare all parcels accurately at full value. We do not mark items as gifts or under-declare value.
Once it ships
Risk passes to you on delivery.
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph it, and message us through the contact form within a reasonable time. We reply by email, and you can send the photographs in reply.
If tracking shows delivered and you do not have it, check with your neighbours and your local depot first, then contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
Addresses
Check your address before ordering. Once a piece is dispatched we cannot redirect it.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we will resend it once you cover the reshipping cost. For the United States that includes the import duty, which is charged again on a resent parcel.
We cannot ship to PO boxes, because parcels require a signature.
Your rights
Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights are set out on the Returns & Refunds page.
